 DATO’ NABHESH KHANNA - Director Dato’ Nabhesh Khanna holds a Bachelor of Textile Technology degree from Technological Institute of Textiles Bhiwani of India. He has over 18 years of experience in various functions including 2 years of production experience in industrial products in multinational companies, namely Reliance Industries of India (“Reliance India”) where he implemented ERP systems, Polysindo Indonesia, Indo-Bharat Rayon-Indonesia-Part of the AV Birla Group of India, and Mutu Gading Indonesia. In Nov 2007, he was appointed the Chief Operating Officer of Hualon Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd. His responsibility involved the daily, comprehensive management of Hualon Malaysia – i.e. finance, purchasing, human resource, administration, shipping, marketing and sales, IT, and production lines – managing over 7,000 employees and workers. A key aspect of the Hualon assignment was the turnaround of Hualon Malaysia’s business and the sale of restructured assets to Recron Malaysia. The restructuring strategy was indeed successful; after 2 years, the company sold the assets and transferred the entire business to Reliance India, resulting in a net recovery of about 30% for the banks. In November 2009, he was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Axis Incorporation Berhad, a public-listed company in Malaysia. His key role was to restructure the company in terms of operations and finance, and to prepare a proposal to seek financial assistance from the banks. He then left the company in March 2010. Dato’ Nabhesh was later appointed the Chief Operating Officer of Malaysian Solar Resources Sdn Bhd. He developed the company’s operational capabilities while exploring opportunities to expand the business in key areas of South Asia and South East Asia by bidding for various solar power projects in India and Malaysia. He has been a director of SOTG Consultancy Sdn Bhd since 2010. He is the Chairman of Mon't Kiara Meridin Condominium Management Body, the Past Chairman of the Mon't Kiara Condominium Consultative Committee (2012 - 2016), and the General Secretary of the Overseas Friends of Bharatiya Janata Party (OFBJP) in Malaysia. He is also a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia. |

JO GAN PEE - Director Jo Gan Pee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Abertay Dundee in the United Kingdom. She joined Hualon Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd, (the largest textile manufacturer in Malaysia) in 2007, serving the office of the COO. There, she acquired in-depth experience in the fields of management and operations, namely human resource, administration, purchasing, sales, and marketing. In November 2009, she joined Axis Incorporation Berhad. Jo has been a director of SOTG Consultancy Sdn Bhd since 2010, where she is responsible for managing the daily administrative and human resource affairs of the company. |
